Welcome to our booking policies page. Please read carefully before booking an appointment. By booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Booking Policy
All appointments must be booked in advance through our booking system or direct contact. Appointments are only confirmed once a non-refundable deposit has been received.
We do not accept walk-ins. All services are by appointment only.
Deposit & No Refund Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
All payments, including deposits and final balances, are strictly non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for:
* Missed appointments
* Late arrivals
* Change of mind after booking
* Dissatisfaction after service completion
We are committed to quality service and will address concerns during your appointment when possible.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We require at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
* Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in loss of deposit
* Repeated last-minute cancellations may require full payment upfront for future bookings
* One-time rescheduling is allowed with proper notice, subject to availability
Late Arrival Policy
We allow a 10–15 minute grace period.
* Arrivals beyond the grace period may result in shortened service or cancellation
* Arrivals 20 minutes late or more may be canceled and deposit forfeited
Hair Preparation Policy
Clients must arrive with clean, detangled hair free of heavy oils or buildup.
If hair is not properly prepared, additional fees may apply or the appointment may be rescheduled.
Payment Policy
Full payment is due immediately after service unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payment methods include:
* Cash
* Zelle
* Cash App
NO CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED.
Children Services Policy
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the appointment.
We provide patient and professional service; however, cooperation from the child is required for successful styling.
Photo & Content Policy
We may take before-and-after photos or videos for marketing purposes, including social media and our website.
If you prefer not to be featured, please notify us before your appointment.
Location Policy
Exact location details will be provided only after booking confirmation.
Unscheduled visits are not permitted.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:
* Is disrespectful or disruptive
* Is under the influence of drugs or alcohol
* Violates business policies
* Fails to comply with service requirements
Service Satisfaction Policy
We aim to deliver high-quality results. Adjustments may be made during the appointment only.
Once the service is completed and the client has left, all services are considered final.
